Better check out these new rules from DIF&W

The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife has issued lots of new rule proposals governing everything from falconry to hunting and trapping.

This is really a comprehensive reorganization of the rules, with changes mixed in. You’ll want to read the entire proposal.

Hunters should definitely read through the hunting rules that cover all types of hunting.

And if you want to comment on the proposals, you must do that by December 10.

In 2016, Down East Books published George's book, Maine Sporting Camps, and Islandport Press published George and his wife Linda's travel book, Take It From ME, about their favorite Maine inns and restaurants.
